On arrival at your lodge, enjoy a delightful lunch, followed by a relaxing break to refresh before your afternoon game drive. Amboseli is a wildlife paradise, offering the chance to observe lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and over 400 species of birds in their natural habitat.

As the sun sets behind the towering Kilimanjaro, painting the plains in golden hues, you will return to your lodge for a sumptuous dinner, sharing stories of the day’s remarkable encounters. Evening at the lodge allows you to unwind in comfort, listening to the sounds of the wild and anticipating the adventures of the days ahead

You start the day with an early morning game drive, one of the best times to enjoy Amboseli. Wildlife is active, and if the weather is clear, Mount Kilimanjaro appears beautifully in the background. You may see elephants crossing the plains, along with other animals beginning their day. After the game drive, you return for breakfast and begin your journey toward the Kenya–Tanzania border. The drive is scenic and relaxed, with your guide assisting you through border formalities. Once in Tanzania, you continue toward Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. This overnight stay allows you to rest and prepare for the next stage of your safari.

After breakfast, you depart Arusha and head toward the Ndutu region in the southern Serengeti ecosystem. The journey gradually transitions from highland scenery to wide open plains where wildlife becomes more visible. As you approach Ndutu, you begin to see large numbers of wildebeest and zebras spread across the grasslands. This is the calving season, when thousands of animals gather to give birth. You arrive in the afternoon and start your game drive, experiencing the movement and energy of the area. The environment feels alive, with predators often nearby, making every moment interesting and unpredictable.

This day is fully dedicated to exploring Ndutu. You spend the day following the herds, guided by your driver, who adjusts the route based on wildlife activity. During the calving season, thousands of wildebeest are born each day, attracting predators and creating dramatic moments. The open plains make it easier to spot wildlife, and the experience feels raw and natural. You may witness hunting behavior, animal interactions, and the early life of newborn calves. The day is flexible, allowing you to take your time and fully experience this unique period of the Great Migration.

The drive takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the landscape slowly changes from open plains to highlands with cooler temperatures and scenic views. Along the way, you may still encounter wildlife and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.

By late afternoon, you arrive at your lodge near Ngorongoro, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. The higher altitude brings a fresh atmosphere, and it’s a perfect place to unwind after the active days in Ndutu.

Your final safari day begins early as you head toward the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most remarkable wildlife areas in Africa. From the crater rim, you take a moment to enjoy the wide view before descending into the crater for your game drive. As you enter, the experience becomes more active, with wildlife spread across the open plains and around small lakes inside the crater. Because animals remain within this natural enclosure, the chances of seeing a variety of species in a short time are very high.

During the game drive, you may encounter lions resting in the grass, buffalo moving in groups, elephants walking across the plains, and, if you are lucky, the rare black rhino. There is also a hippo pool where you can stop and observe them up close, adding to the diversity of the experience. The scenery itself is equally impressive, with a mix of grassland, water, and forest areas all within the crater floor.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, surrounded by nature, before continuing your exploration. After the game drive, you begin your journey back to Arusha, passing through the highlands and enjoying the changing landscapes along the way.
