Airport Pickup and Transfer

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), your professional driver-guide will warmly welcome you with a personalized name sign.

Next, enjoy a comfortable private transfer to your lodge in Moshi. Along the way, take in the beautiful scenery and, weather permitting, catch your first views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Relax and Prepare

After checking in, settle into your accommodation and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Finally, use the rest of the day to relax and prepare for your Kilimanjaro trek, which begins the following morning.

Morning Trek Through the Rainforest

After breakfast, you will depart from your hotel and drive to Marangu Gate, the starting point of your Kilimanjaro day hike.

Once the park formalities are complete, your guided trek begins through the lush rainforest. Along the trail, you may spot colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, colorful birds, and a variety of native plants.

Mandara Hut and Maundi Crater

The trail climbs gradually to Mandara Hut, where you will enjoy a picnic lunch in a peaceful forest setting. Afterwards, you can take a short walk to Maundi Crater for panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes, if time and energy allow.

After lunch, you will descend through the rainforest to Marangu Gate. Your driver will then transfer you back to Arusha.

Finally, relax at your hotel and reflect on your memorable Kilimanjaro day hike before continuing your Tanzania adventure.

Morning Drive and Game Viewing

After breakfast in Arusha, you will depart for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, enjoy views of local villages and the beautiful Tanzanian countryside.

Upon arrival, begin a game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, giant baobab trees, and abundant wildlife. In addition, you may spot giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, colorful birds, and, if you're lucky, predators such as lions or leopards.

Picnic Lunch and Afternoon Safari

Later, enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site inside the park. Afterwards, continue your afternoon game drive while exploring more of Tarangire's diverse landscapes and wildlife.

Overnight at Tarangire Treetops Lodge

In the late afternoon, drive to Tarangire Treetops Lodge for check-in. Finally, relax, enjoy the sunset, have dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness.

After breakfast at Tarangire Treetops Lodge, you begin a scenic drive toward Serengeti National Park. The journey takes you through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands, passing villages, hills, and open landscapes. Along the way, you may spot wildlife from your vehicle.

You will stop at the Ngorongoro Viewpoint to enjoy amazing views of the Ngorongoro Crater. After that, continue your journey and enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature.

As you enter the Serengeti, enjoy an afternoon game drive where you can see animals like wildebeest, zebras, lions, and many birds. Later, arrive at your luxury lodge, relax, enjoy dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Wake up early and enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. Travel in an open-roof 4x4 with your guide, exploring the plains from sunrise to sunset while looking for wildlife and great photo moments.

For a special experience, you can choose an optional hot air balloon safari in the early morning. Float above the plains as the sun rises and see animals from above, with an option to enjoy a bush breakfast after landing.

During the day, look for the Big Five and other animals like giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. Stop at the Hippo Pool to see hippos and birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, then continue your game drive before returning to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Begin your final morning with a hearty breakfast at your lodge  taking a moment to reflect on the unforgettable wildlife encounters, stunning landscapes, and once in a lifetime experiences from your journey through Tanzania.

After breakfast, you’ll check out of the lodge around 10:30 a.m., or earlier if your flight schedule requires. Your private driver will then escort you on a scenic, comfortable transfer back to Arusha or directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport, allowing you to enjoy the last glimpses of Tanzania’s rolling highlands and scenic vistas along the way.
